CrossResolve employs proven, customized methodologies. In order to make a difference, we seek first to understand our clients’ needs within the framework of applicable policy and legal requirements. We bring the problem into sharp focus through an iterative discovery and holistic root cause analysis process. This includes pinpointing customer absolute musts, recognizing what customers absolutely cannot accept, and aligning these with broader goals, objectives, capabilities, limitations, risks, returns, schedules, and costs. We then leverage our expertise in business, technology, Government and industry to propose a strategic course of action which will produce the most optimal overall measures of effectiveness (MOEs), measures of performance (MOPs), and client acceptability.
